Richards Faux Lobster

Use Halibut cut into 1 to 1 1/4 inch cubes.

Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil, add 1 cup salt, 1/2 cup sugar. Put in
the halibut and boil 52 to 60 seconds. Drain and serve with melted butter.
