Reese's Cookie Tarts

I have a mini-muffin pan that I make these yummy little cookie/tarts in. What I do is mix up a standard peanut butter cookie recipe, then roll it into one inch balls and press that into the muffin pan with a tart pusher (a nifty little wooden gadget) Then I place a bite-sized Reese's peanut butter cup in the center of each one and bake at 375 for about 8-10 minutes. Ooooh are they good!

I made some the other day--and here's a horror story for you---I left the butter out! I thought my mix seemed a little dry, but I kept on rolling and pressing anyway. My son ate one and said he almost choked....it was so dry and it sucked all the saliva from his mouth. Funny....they're still sitting on my counter.....uneaten.
